MEET YOUR DOCTORS
Dr. Michael Clemente, DMD
Dr. Michael Clemente grew up in the Bronx and earned his undergraduate degree in Zoology and Chemistry from Hunter College. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers). After dental school, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict. He then earned a certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has been practicing orthodontics since. Dr. Clemente and his wife, Dr. Joanne Clemente, have five children, three of whom are orthodontists. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Nicole Clemente, DDS
Dr. Nicole Clemente earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Villanova University. She graduated summa cum laude from Howard University, College of Dentistry, where she received numerous academic honors, awards for orthodontic research, and served as class vice-president. She completed a three-year orthodontic residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Nicole lives in Ridgewood, NJ with her husband, Bob Lynch, and their four sons. She is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society and various professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Marissa Clemente, DDS
Dr. Marissa Clemente earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola College in Maryland and her Doctorate from NYU College of Dentistry. She completed a 12-month residency at Montefiore Hospital and received orthodontic training through the American Orthodontic Society. A Cosmetic Dentist specializing in Orthodontics and Cosmetic Whitening, Dr. Marissa is Invisalign® Certified and has attended multiple Invisalign® Summit Conferences. She has lectured on orthodontics with her father in Lima, Peru. Dr. Marissa, the third of Dr. Michael Clemente’s daughters to pursue orthodontics, lives in New City, NY with her husband, Steve Weiss, and their four children. She is the #1 Invisalign® provider in Bergen and Rockland counties.
