Stay On Track With Virtual Monitoring
Our patients lead full lives and have busy schedules. With so much going on, it can be challenging to find time to visit for regular appointments. Perhaps the time commitment associated with orthodontic treatment is even stopping you from pursuing it. However, for many of our services, frequent in-office appointments are no longer necessary! With modern technology, we can monitor your treatment from the comfort of your own home. That means less time commuting, missing school and using your PTO without compromising your treatment.
How Virtual Visits Work
Virtual appointments serve the same purpose as in-office visits—Dr. Clemente monitors your progress and checks for any potential problems to make sure your treatment is on track. Virtual monitoring allows extended time between visits to our office from anywhere between 8 to 12 weeks. Keep in mind that skipping appointments, even virtual ones, can result in extended treatment times and unsatisfying results.
At Clemente Orthodontics, we offer virtual visits for patients with GMA, Invisalign® and braces. Remote visits consist of several easy steps and are even quicker than traditional, in-office appointments. Once we receive your photos, Dr. Clemente will respond within 24 hours!
Virtual Monitoring For GMA & Braces
For patients and parents of patients with GMA or braces, fill out the form below. The form is intuitive and simple to use. Make sure to take a picture of your smile from each angle, using the instruction pictures for reference. Once you’re happy with the photos, upload them and click submit. That’s it! Dr. Clemente will respond in no time with feedback on your smile. When using remote monitoring, most Invisalign® patients can go 12 weeks without visiting the office.
Virtual Monitoring For Invisalign®
Invisalign® patients use the My Invisalign® app for virtual monitoring. Available for both Apple iPhone and Android users, the app’s Invisalign® Virtual Care feature makes virtual monitoring easy. We’ll help you set up your app at your first appointment, when you receive your first set of aligners. From there, the app has many features, and the Virtual Care feature is just one of many.
To start your virtual appointment, follow the app’s instructions to take and send photos of your smile to your orthodontist. Dr. Clemente will respond with feedback directly through the app. Invisalign® monitoring has never been more convenient!
