The office staff was always friendly, and the office was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes once I arrived for my appointment. They are pros at what they do, and they do it well. The price they quoted me was all-inclusive, and honestly, while I did not shop around for price before I signed on the dotted line, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that the pricing was pretty much in line with other providers (based on conversations with friends who were looking into doing it, or already doing it through other offices).
